Here is a brief synopsis of my story:

At the age of 79 years, I became a wellness coach and a stroke survivor. Let me tell you how and why.
At the age of 76 I had a lacunar stroke along with a Diagnosis of Diabetes and Hypertension as well as A-fib,  with a very slim chance of a good outcome. I survived with no rehabilitation from anyone but myself. I modified my diet and lifestyle and reversed diabetes. Furthermore, I lost almost 50 pounds by designing my own exercise routines. Once my health was stable again, I returned to school at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, endorsed by Cornell University. Today I am getting excited about dancing at my grand daughter’s wedding! Yes I said dancing! from a blinged out cane to dancing shoes. It can be done I am living proof! You have to believe and listen to your own body!
I am certified to coach but, I don’t do much and I  charge such reasonable rates, I am not doing this to make a lot of money, but, rather to help other seniors .
I specialize in neuropathy, diabetes and balance.
I can’t cure anyone, however, I can tell you what worked for me and countless others along with common sense.
I can support you in your decisions to lead a healthy life and help you explore avenues to do so.
There are many forms of Nutrition for the human body, not just what you put on your plate, There are many forms of medicine. I do advocate to NOT ignore western medicine, it definitely has its “place”. At this time, I offer virtual group coaching as well as public group speaking.
Give me a call if you have questions or just want to know more about my programs.  The main factor is, you are NOT alone. There are thousands upon thousands with the very same issues, What ever the reason, if you just need to talk….. Let’s talk!
